Does Israel provide any type of aid to the U.S. or any other country? Do they repay monies gotten from U.S?

I'm not talking about sending doctors, or scientists, etc. because a quick view of hospitals in the US confirms that other than american doctors, most of the doctors here are Asian, Pakistani, Saudi Arabian, other foreigners, etc. Same with the scientists. Not talking about lawyers either, because no matter who they are or where they come from, they are all the same.
