My close guy friend/romantic interest is a thief. I'm the only one who knows.. what do I do?

he doesn't love you, he used you. i would report him, to the BBB or the police, he needs to learn there are repercussions for his actions. plus he is using innocent people for their money. would you be ok with someone knowing that and not doing anything if it was your money? seriously i would get over him, obviously he would not be a good partner in any aspect. find someone who would treat you like you deserve
