Re-ask, photo fixed. How to fix this cracked pipe underneath my car or the name of the part I need to replace?

Hopefully that pic works, for real this time and sorry it's sideways. That big part is broke in half, and there's a pipe in the middle of it that's not broken. The car still runs but this part rattles and drags. Can it just be taped and wired up so it no longer rattles?
