okay its been 4 hours since my lower back pain and cramping has started, no blood or anything like that but it feels like im about to get my period. It goes on and off every once in awhile and sometimes sticks around for a bit. Also having irregular contractions as well as a discharge coming out every once in awhile that is watery but not flowing consistently. Could i be in labor for sure? I just turned 36 weeks today.
