Does anyone know about a phone call from Dallas at America West Notification Dept.?

I received a phone call from a lady named Dallas from America West Notification Dept today. She said that last year a family member had filled out a form and we were chosen and won a cruise for 2 on Royal Carribean or Carnival Cruise line of our choice. She also said all airfair was paid for to Miami or Port Canaveral from an airport nearest our home for a 3 night 4 day cruise to Napa and the Bahamas. When I called the number back it was a recording of the same lady saying cabin, meals, activities, and activities were on them but we had to pay for alcohol, gratuities, gambling and taxes. We would have one year to use it but not available new year, Christmas, 4th of July, Easter or Spring break. The catch I found is I was invited to a grand opening of their newest travel services in WI. She went on to say they would provide refreshements but it was not a time share and no pressure to buy anything. After sitting through this I would walk away with my tickets.. Sounds too good to be true....Can anyone shed some light on this for me????
