Why is Obama puppet of Soros & Federal Reserve Bank (Rothschilds) bombing Libya printing their own money & not?

Libyan Rebels have already started into talks with World Bankers about a central Bank. This isn't as spontaneous as we've been lead to believe, obviously. They were scheduled to go to the White House for a meeting. Something rotten in Denmark, but worse in Frankfurt, behind the Red Shield ... or Rothschild as it's called in German.
