I'm womdering if it's likely for me to have throat cancer?

I am almost 16 and I have been smoking on and off since I was like 12. And i've been smoking consistently for around half a year now. And lately I've noticed some discomfort in my throat. Like something is stuck or sometimes it will be dry. And once and a while I get pain when I swallow cold drinks. And I know that my great grandpa died of throat cancer. Is it likely for someone as young as me to get throat cancer?
