How come Germany can't be forced to sustain the jews,why is america paying for their support?

all kinds of monies and various forms of aids have been given to support the state of Israel,while Natives, Blacks and other peoples of color are still fighting for what was done to them here in North America.What does the state of Israel have to do with injustices done here.
