Do ALL black people lean more liberal politically, or do they vote Democrat because of the Civil Rights Act?

People tend to vote for candidates who speak TO them, not AT them. People tend to vote for platforms that make sense to them. People tend to vote for candidates who do not threaten or diminish them, who see the "big picture" and who validate their concerns rather than ignore them. If Black people vote for a certain candidate, it is because they have a feel for that candidate. That candidate has acknowledged them as people and listened to them.
