I consistently have elevated liver enzyme levels. Why?

If you have ever had Hepatitis B and/or C, both of which are incurable, that would cause elevated liver enzymes, as would obesity. Another cause is Toxocara canis, which come from dogs. The eggs of these little worms are actually hatched out in the liver.
