Collecting on a civil case judgement?

My wife and I have been rewarded a $66,000 Civil Judgement against a construction company for fraud. This was back in 2007. It is now 2011 and we haven't seen any monies? Both of the parties that are involved in the case are now in jail for similar cases. They have no assets in their names. Is there any way we can get this money back? Is there ay collection company that might help us? We are i desparate need of the money.
